I suggest that you do not drop the .HTM files you drag from the
Web Explorer on the desktop. Instead, open a file folder and use it
as the destination for the Web pages you drag from the Web Explorer.
If you used the install.cmd file to install PMStripper, the file
associations for .HTM and .HTML files were set to PMStripper. This
will allow you to double click on an .HTM or .HTML file onject and
cause it to be loaded into PMStripper. However, the working directory
will be set to the directory where the .HTM or .HTML file was located.
PMStripper will check in the working directory for a pmstrip.ini file
and if one is not found, it will create one using the default settings.
If you find multiple copies of the pmstrip.ini file, you may delete
the unwanted copies of the pmstrip.ini files.
To keep key strokes to a minimum, I drop the .HTM files from WebX
into a common file folder and I have the working directroy in the
PMStripper program object set to the same directory where the .HTM
files are dropped.
Since the file associations have been set to .HTM and .HTML, you
do not need to keep the program object on the desktop to be able to
double click on a .HTM or HTML file and load it into PMStripper.
